I’m a former BigLaw attorney, educator, and certified coach who works with lawyers and professionals navigating moments of change, growth, and decision-making.

I began my career practicing M&A law at a leading global law firm before moving into education and talent development. Across each chapter of my career, I have been drawn to the same work: helping people learn, grow, and understand what they are capable of.

My experience as an educator continues to shape how I coach today. I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and create the space for people to think clearly and honestly about what matters most – their goals, their values, and what comes next.
